Holiday Parade Book Donations

 

Bay View Yacht Club, has been participating in the Toledo Blade Holiday Parade since 2013. Each year we add more Seuss & Whoville characters to walk in the parade, and hand out books to the children along the parade route.  Parade day 2024 we hope reach a total number of books distributed to 10,000!  Seuss coloring workbooks will be accepted until November 13, 2024 and monetary donations are always welcome!  Bay View Yacht Club, Attn:  Jolene Wagner 3902 N Summit Street, Toledo OH 43611​

Bay View Yacht Club has over 290 members, promoting and encouraging safe boating, safety awareness and fellowship among its members. BVYC offers OUPV Captains Course, to assist boaters in obtaining a Captain’s License, which is open to the public.  BVYC is certified by Ohio Clean Marine, which encourages marinas and boaters to use simple, innovative solutions to keep Ohio’s coastal and inland waterways clean.
